Don't you love all the catch phrases they use? Get on the team or get left behind. Don't miss out because someone else wasn't trainable. I have heard many more. Who comes up with this stuff?

That's cool you don't want to chance it, it's not fit everyone. $300 wasn't that much of a gamble for us tho, we saved over that on our first trip not to mention our free Cancun trip we received just for becoming members :)

I don't have anything against world ventures, but I hate it when young people fall for this sort of thing and postphone college or make bad career decisions thinking they are going to make it big with this thing. They are just another notch in the belt of these people that are recruiting. I think there should be a law that you have to be at least 25 to join one of these companies. I know a few young people that have chosen to join WV and unfortunately, I don't think it's going to turn out the way they are expecting. I know at least one individual that didn't go to college as planned after graduating high school due to joining WV. I hope they get back on track with college because I think that's MUCH more important than the future they will have with WV. That's just my opinion.

You can disguise it and say its not a pyramid scheme all you want, but at the end of the day World Ventures is like a big fart that doesn't stink... it may smell ok but it still comes from someone's ass.

Seen where State Atty is getting ready to file charges for scheme. While not pyrmid due to the fact of the vacation packages. It is boarderline a violation of the rico act, and other type racketeering type activity.

I am sure by time all this blows over. The participants will wish they used Travelocity.

I will keep my money.

That old saying if it sounds to good to be true, it often is! I listened to a pitch about 6 months ago, and guess what my 15 year old stepdaughter said....keep in mind she had just watched videos of lavish beaches, cruise ships, and free cars..,.she said "don't waste our money, it's a scam"....lol surely adults should see this! There are no get rich quick schemes that work!

That is exactly how I feel. You can only say "No" so many times and then you have to hurt someone's feelings. Kinda sad.

Like the old saying goes "If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is". Read a stat today that only 3% make enough money to stay involved. That means 97% are losing their money practically if they join to "profit". That stat comes from a non biased forum on World Ventures giving the PROS and CONS of the business. To me personally its just not worth it. I do congratulate those that have done well and do wish them continued success.
