Well all it is gonna take is one lawsuit and the place will be closed down. I would not want that responsibility no matter how much I made. That dangerous riding and that beer dont go together. And you know when they leave there they are drunk driving. Why dont the cops arrest them? I dont care if they have signs posted or not anyone can sue.

Waivers are good but do not prevent lawsuits! I can attest to that first hand!

Waivers are only good if ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS are FOLLOWED! We all know that's not the case with this place.

This is so true. Ask a lawyer they can still sue and win with a loop hole. I bet that is what closed great river road down. There is no way I would want that responsibility on my property. Also there is a time and place for all things and as dangerous as that kind of sports is I definetly wouldnt allow alcohol.

Then if there is an accident the family can sue the county also. They have a responsibility not to let people drink and drive. They dont mix. And a drunk driver can harm an innocent driver.

It's tough out there. Only the strong SHOULD survive and not all baby turtles make it to the ocean.
well said!!! If someone wants to take that chance, It's their right. Let them have some fun. Folks need a place to play with their big toys!!! Lighten up folks.

Dont you feel sorry for the neighbors? What if you had to put up with that noise all the time? And it sure isnt fun when people are getting hurt.
