Does anyone around hear evacuate and reclaim it for free? I'm pretty sure someone might evacuate it free and keep it but will anyone allow you to reclaim it for free too? Or will they do it and charge very little? It's not like it's a difficult process or requires a lot of effort.

No one is going to do it free.. The machine to evacuate and recycle cost thousands.. Plus labor time... Be at least a couple hundred..
