Career center downtown. Must apply and take CRC exam before they will call you.

Ah yes, yet another unemployed expert trying to tell us how our process works. No wonder you are unemployed, if you think DFT means standing and watching someone work. Go to work for someone who will appreciate ya'll.

Well, see, that's exactly what I did...I went to work for someone who appreciates me and I reciprocate that appreciation. For instance, they explained that I would be working 8 to 5:30pm M-F, and guess what?! That's exactly what I do! None of that 2 hours early crap just to end up having to work Friday too. They hired me to do "my" job, not everybody else on the lines job...Oh, and better yet, I'm getting $1.50 more an hour.

Our supervisors only flex the work schedule WHEN WE DON'T MAKE PRODUCTION. You can't make production if you consider flexing "doing someone else's job", or as you put it, flexing and then standing and watching. My supervisor doesn't like to work long hours either. Good luck doing nothing for your new employer! They deserve you.

No, Nordyne deserves YOU! And be proud to have that job as long as it lasts! Good luck with your D.F.T. and production! Best of luck to anyone that is so desperate for work that they stay there, or just too damn lazy to find another job. Nordyne's turn-over rate says it all. YOUR supervisor is an idiot! "Ok ya'll, we are going to leave around 2 o'clock today." "Well, we got to stay until 4pm", "Oh, we hav2en't made production, so we are going to need you to come in at 5am tomorrow" and better yet, "You have to work Friday" YOU CAN HAVE IT!!! Soooo much happier today than I was 2 weeks ago!!!!
