The idiots who claim a "right to safety" need to explain exactly how that works? If you are robbed or mugged on a street corner your "right to safety" has apparently been violated. Okay, so how do you sue to have that corrected? The law broken was robbery, with a deadly weapon, etc.
Have you ever heard of a case involving a "right to safety"? Do a Goggle search or on any legal website. You will find nothing about a "right to safety". We have a right to own/bear arms. THESE are designed for our safety, just as police are hired to help protect us.
I want some actual case cited where a 'right to safety" was successfully used. If you can't then please shut up. All you're doing is your "opinion" which isn't grounded in an actual legal framework.
