The management at Eaton are a bunch of incompetent, self aggrandizing idiots. They lie and screw the employees over at every opportunity.

I know very well exactly how Eaton is. Management is a lying, deceitful and unscrupulous bunch. They make enforce their rules selectively among the employees, and not at all among themselves. A few of the shift leaders are competent, but nobody in the front office is worth a plugged nickel.

Sorry, but I know that I am correct. When the place was Dana, it was a good place to work. Employees were treated with respect and were valued. When Eaton came in the entire place went to Hades in a handbasket. Eaton leadership is corrupt and deceitful.

You should be glad it was Eaton when you applied. Judging from your verbal skills and grammar, you would never have passed the basic skills test that Dana required before hiring.

Why don't you go crawl back under the boss's desk like the good little snitch and pet that you are?

I have a friend who works at Eaton and was there when it was Dana. She says management is so much better than it was before. Management is community oriented and does things for their employees. For instance had a Christmas party, employee appreciation dinners and other appreciation events. So it sounds like a good place to work to me.

I was a worker at an event they had for their employees, and they went all out for their employees. They wanted the best of the best for them. They had amazing prizes to give them, and all I heard from the "boss" was that they so wanted their employees to have a great time. They bragged on their employees and praised their hard work! I saw great people to work for!

Iím sure itís just an enormous coincidence that three people just happened to respond to this post at the same time and all three were gushing over management. If itís true, sounds like this place (wherever the hell it is) is really great. But three people at the same time from three different citiesÖ.interesting. I'm giving the rolls eyes a pass, sounds genuine. The other three smell a little funny though.. Just sayiní.
