I'm becoming more and more convinced that many conservatives have heard the term "Socialist" used so often as a generic disparaging adjective that it has lost its actual meaning -- "I hate Brussel Sprouts, they taste so Socialist."

Isms are easy! If I'm correct, two of your very favorites are probably "escapism" and "un-realism". You do appear to spend much energy fleeing objective truth, running head-long into non-reality where you close the blinds to feel safe in an otherwise threatening world. This can become destructive and finally debilitating, rendering a helpless victim fearful, untrusting, defensive, insecure and suffering unreasonable feelings of persecution. While many of us wish to appropriately empathize with "helpless victims," you've quite over-stayed your welcome. impatience has displaced sympathy altogether! I still say the ant farm is for you! BTW, the brussel sprout/Socialist thing needs work!

MSNBC needs fresh material. Matthews still gets giddy with excitement when he talks about Obama. You would think a grown man would get over his man crush by now.

Now - want to meet and have a cup at Starbucks tomorrow?:)

We can both exercise our 2nd Amendment rights and boycott the boycott! LOL

Anti-gun nuts have called for "Skip Starbucks Saturday" this weekend a nationwide boycott on Aug. 24, to pressure the coffee giant to amend its current policy, which allows customers to carry loaded guns into Starbucks stores where permitted by state law.

A bunch of right-wingers willingly sitting in a Starbucks. That's a funny picture. This might be genius from Starbucks' marketing department.

I wonder how many conservatives would enjoy pictures of themselves sitting slack-jawed in such a hippie establishment being strewn around the Internet til the end of time? Getting my camera ready...

Boy Howdy,,, you sure do need a good bit of propping up.I almost pity the liberals in this area.
You dare say in open forum (obviously well hidden) we have representation of any semblance of all our views..........ROFLMAO! The only tiny bit of representation we've had, since 2010, isn't coming from the red majority here in this state of ignorance! Name one thing the reds have done other than obstruct?

Maj. Nidal Hasan, who admitted to killing 13 people in a 2009 shooting rampage at the Army base at Fort Hood, Texas, was found guilty Friday of 13 counts of premeditated murder a verdict that makes him eligible for the death penalty.

He was also convicted, by a military jury, of 32 counts of attempted premeditated murder.

In other news, the Obama administration maintains that Hasan's attack was workplace violence instead of terrorism - and those wounded service members that survived are not eligible for purple crosses.

Tragic isn't it that an terrorist attack on a Army Base on U.S. soil is listed as work place violence but the same attack on a Army base in a war zone is called a terrorist attack.
