Thanks SSS. I'm going to investigate it and hopefully get some answers. With an overwhelming amount o.f news sources, you would think these documents would be shown everywhere. Jmo

They probably are, but finding them is sometimes difficult if you don't know where to look.
Good luck in your research.

Well this certainly frustrating. I don't see why people cannot see the actual letters from the IRS harassing conservative groups and the letter from Lerner herself apologizing for it.
I know that the IRS bothered me about ten years ago and they kept after me for about four years because my tax specialist turned out to be an addict and didn't prepare my taxes along with out 150 others correctly. It was such a big deal that I had to hire an attorney to eventually straighten the fiasco out. Today, I still have every piece of paper the IRS sent me, every communique, and will keep them forever.
So I want to see and read these documents, not just read an article about it. If someone could direct me to a site that shows this, I, along with others here, would be most appreciative!
Here's one.

Talk radio host and former chairman of the California Democratic Party Bill Press said Thursday that Attorney General Eric Holder should be fired over the subpoena of reporter phone records.

"I still haven't heard a legit justification for the subpoenaing the AP phone records. They didn't notify AP, they didn't narrow search."

This explains why there are so many liberal girly "men"

Men who are physically strong are more likely to have right wing political views

Weaker men more likely to support welfare state and wealth redistribution.

Oh right! You're all Big Bad Bubba's, so you think! Gimme me a break!
Real Men don't feel the need to constantly brag about how big and bad they are. It's only the insecure Men who do that! and they are the first ones to run the other way, when a strong character REAL Man is needed. But, they're King of the Bar with a few Drinks in them and a Group of other Big Bad Bubba's to back them up!
Trust me, I KNOW...this County is full of them and almost all of them are Single...wonder why?
They'll beat up on a Woman but run from a REAL Man, before the REAL Man even touches them! The ONLY thing bad about them is their Mouth!

Thank you Nuh. I appreciate it. Let me ask people here their opinion on this: if a group is applying for tax exempt status has the IRS always asked these same questions? I'm certainly not excusing the IRS (believe me they were no friend of mine earlier), however if ANY group was seeking this would they be asked things like what literature do you disperse, who are your members and volunteers (not certain why that would be an issue since they're volunteering), I see where targeting only conservative groups is a blatant no-no, but have they always asked these questions before. Maybe we have an IRS expert out there somewhere and could help me on my fact finding mission!

I have to say that this is scary! I don't for a minute think that all Muslims in this Country feel this way or agree with it. But, I also have to wonder if some of them do and how many?

The results of the study were reported by psychological scientists Michael Bang Petersen, of Aarhus University in Denmark, and Daniel Sznycer, of the University of California.

To me, that alone is a dead giveaway that YOU don't have any confidence in it's truthfulness!
I'm going to just scroll past it, from now on, if it doesn't have a Link.

IRS does not typically take two years and require an estimated 500 pages of documents to be provided. In fact, according to reports, some liberal groups were cleared inside of 30 days. Conservative groups, on the other hand, have not been cleared in 27 months.

President Obama "obviously likes giving speeches more than he does running the executive branch," Chris Matthews said tonight.

Yes, you read that right: The MSNBC host who in 2008 felt a "thrill going up my leg" after hearing Obama speak has grown disenchanted. Tonight's episode of Hardball saw Matthews delivering a rare, unforgiving grilling of the president as severe as anything that might appear on Fox News.

"What part of the presidency does Obama like? He doesn't like dealing with other politicians -- that means his own cabinet, that means members of the congress, either party. He doesn't particularly like the press.... He likes to write the speeches, likes to rewrite what Favreau and the others wrote for the first draft," Matthews said.

"So what part does he like? He likes going on the road, campaigning, visiting businesses like he does every couple days somewhere in Ohio or somewhere," Matthews continued. "But what part does he like? He doesn't like lobbying for the bills he cares about. He doesn't like selling to the press. He doesn't like giving orders or giving somebody the power to give orders. He doesn't seem to like being an executive.”

This SHOULD be right in your wheelhouse...seeing as they are talking evolution.

Together, the results indicate that an evolutionary perspective may help to illuminate political motivations, at least those of men.

“Many previous studies have shown that people’s political views cannot be predicted by standard economic models,” Petersen explains.“This is among the first studies to show that political views may be rational in another sense, in that they’re designed by natural selection to function in the conditions recurrent over human evolutionary history.”

However, the researchers found no link between upper-body strength and redistribution opinions among women. So, Sassy, you can quit doing all those pushups.
