Who all has really looked good at their power bill?
How much more do you pay for a clean up of the fly ash?
This is so wrong having to pay for their clean up.

Get real...do you not realize that goes on with everything you buy. You pay higher price for cotton when cotton doesn't grow well...you pay higher price for gas, especially after an oil spill...and the list goes on. Prices go up on everything after a calamity cause they pass the expense onto the customer. Why should TVA be any different? This is life in the USA. May not be what you want, but it is what it is.

I read in the paper that they were going to sock it to us (and wow, did they ever!), but I don't remember for how long. Is this just a one-time hit or is this somethiing that we need to start, oh, cutting back on our grocery bills for in order to pay?!

Mine was very high. Higher than last month. And I wasnt even here to use it half the time. Other cities give tax breaks on food and we get nothing but prices going up up up.

Why do we have to pay for their mistake of the Fly Ash?
Have not seen any reason we should pay for it. Take the bonuses away from upper management to pay for it. They are the ones supervising or suppose to be anyway.

Remember this when you read bashings if local public businesses. I've heard of their bills being between 1-2 thousand higher. Ask any business owner, they'll be glad to tell you how high.
