We open at 6am on march 11th...when you see the parking lot full before then its from training. we've hired 186 people so it looks like we're open when we are there training. thank you.

186 is alot of people. Why so many and is this giving them all 40 hours weekly?

nobody is getting 40 hours scheduled until they get the hang of it & show that they want the hours. And so many people are hired because you know how people are in the opening of a new restaurant, they can't handle it and quit because it is so hectic and busy, so we are training to have back up...and also have different "departments" for employees....maintenance, retail, cash, prep cook, back up cook, cook, busters, servers, hosts, etc.

Horrible service...food took forever....ole so and so up there is always high... Oh not open yet... Just wanted to be the first one to talk trash about it. Hope it goes great. Most of the people I know working up there are some of the best servers from the other local places I've eaten at. I'll be going after the new wears off and the 186 crew gets narrowed down to only the good ones. Good luck up there.

As long as they serve slop sunny side up, with bacon, and smothered in gravy... ill be there...in about 2 months when the wait staff gets narrowed down. And you were too late on being the first "bated" that title is all mine a$$hat.
