Apparently not according to yalls incompetant police they took the dog that wouldn't harm anything or anyone instead of taking the idiot firing off a firearm in the city where there were children.

Really...it doesn't matter. Unless it was in attack mode (which I would shoot too), it's against the law to kill a dog. A dog came on our property one time, tore up the garden, tore up the trampoline, among other things so my dad (legally blind), wanted to fill his butt with buckshot. Long story short, they said the dog died and my dad was charged.

Hellbilly1 for your info since your putting your nose in the dog stays in the house and accidently got out the door fumbf**k. This is two small kids family pet and the two year old has been really distraught and now thinks police are bad people and when they do stupid SHIT like this its hard to try to show them that their supposed to be there to help

So someone shot at the dog. Someone called the police, which takes several minutes at the least. And the dog was still outside so they could take it. I'm not buying your story. Did they come inside your house to take the dog?

Did the dog have tags to prove vaccinations? If not, then that would have been legal grounds to take it.

Whatever. The police cannot just walk into someone's house without a reason. You are lying.
