After the theft, the owners did move on. They had planned on moving to the area and put in another type of business also. I heard that the law enforcement there was no help to them. They were out thousands of dollars. There was evidence that the woman did it, but the small town went along with the woman.

jdd.....Yes there was all kinds of evidence that the woman did it. Even down to sending them an e-mail saying she stole it all. They lost nearly $15,000. The Morris county attorney did nothing for them!! I don't think the citizens of CG know exactly what took place. The guys left town and the woman remained to spread her lies. There are a few people in Council Grove that really knows what took place and they are remaining very quiet about it. If the community only knew the truth I don't think Laura Allen would be elected CA again...
