Had anything stolen from your property lately? House broken into? Missing tools, bikes, cars, motorcycles, ATV, other? You are not alone. There is a known gang of meth users that live off Paradise Lake Rd that are ripping people off every night. Drug use is known, some arrests have been made but isn’t about time to shut this house down?? You know the one off of 102nd Ave SE. What are the police doing?? Something must be done!!!

You are so right and I am sick of nothing being done about it. Seems like folks would rather spend time and money on a wine village.

I live on 232nd north of radar lake. We have some meth users, or "tweekers" in the neighborhood. They recently left on location, and I believe they are possibly now down the street at another location, possibly in a vacant house. I spoke with them when they were at a previous location, and I gave them sources for free treatment before I figured out that the beast that has them is totally out of their own control. I think the only avenue for them to get treatment would be to get arrested, but I have the feeling the police do not want to or cannot arrest them for some reason. When we had neighbors shooting, it took an amazing number of talking by multiple neighbors to convince police that guns were being fired. Are the police really too busy dealing with crimes more serious that lots of gunfire and meth addicts terrorizing a neighborhood? I really want to understand the police side of this story and how we can work together to minimize the impact of meth on our neighborhood. Does anybody have any constructive ideas? Thanks

Dow Mountain (near Lake Cushman) in Mason County has two slime-balls who are key in manufacturing meth. Many of us have been ripped-off, terrorized and bullied by these s*it bags who fire guns off and continue to victomize locals. What can be done?? The law appears to protect them and rumor has it the County Judge is a coke addict and goes easy on these two. Any ideas?

I am buying a house in that neighborhood and needless to say there have been some concerns shared by neighbors we have met already. Every neighborhood will have it's challenges I feel, but everyone should have the right to at least feel safe and free of worries like this. Is there a neighborhood watch program established? Is anyone documenting the meth related troubles and issues to possibly help the police build a case? I've heard one house has been recently busted but another has said there are more and the police seem annoyed when they are called? I'm former military and didn't protect our country for 6 yrs to come home and be threatened by drug addicts. I think collectively if the neighborhood coordinates together we can be very effective in ridding it of trouble makers like this. I hope a solution is near and we haven't even moved in yet. Looking forward to anything we can do to make a difference.

A little midnight wet work? If these punks disappeared, they wouldn't be missed.

Some of the grumpy old neighbors on 102nd I don't think have anything better to do than to sit around and snoop, talk a bunch of crap, and try and find things that would get their other neighbors in some sort of trouble just because they don't like someone for whatever reason they have..? So to anyone moving in this neighborhood off of paradise lake road anytime soon, FYI this place is actually fine now a days and other than a couple of snoopy, hateful and grumpy old men who don't know how to find a hobby and would rather pick on their neighbors and try to find problems with good people, This place isn't really all that bad!:)
