Children of slain Durham woman are now subjects of custody dispute

Four young children were in Newark, N.J., on Saturday to bury their mother, who was shot and killed along with her live-in boyfriend at a Durham public housing apartment April 16.

Why in the HELL are these children being exposed by some money grubbing old fart putting their picture in the paper????? I thought it was against the law to make pictures of children without the parents consent. The only parent they knew is dead.
Did the foster parents allow this? Did the father allow this? Shame, boo's and hisses to who ever exposed these children.
