This would be a memorable event if all those arrested stayed in jail. Most of them probably bonded out and you will find them tonight on their same street corner. If the police were there to arrest them again tonight and tomorrow night then there might be a change. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over in the same way and expecting different results. Oh well, it gives a few hundred people a job even if it doesn't slow crime.

Yeah but we are paying for it everytime they arrest them,process them, then going to find them when they fail to show up for court. Prostitutes and Johns need to be handled as harshly as drug dealers and repeat offenders should be handled as well.
