Durham Tire King

[Fed Up]

The story goes like this, I had a Veh. that was not running due to bad plugs and wires. I had it towed to the Durham Tire King on Hillsboro rd. These guy's kept it for two days then called me and told me that the motor was blown and it would cost me 3000 dollars to repair it and it will take a week to 10 days to have it done.
I used these guys for the past several years so I had no mis trust or reason to believe that they where trying to pull one over on me.
Well , I did not have the money to have it fixed so I asked if these guys knew of anyone who will buy it, of course they did, it turns out they had just the guy in mind. The mech who said it was a blown motor bought it for scrap price.
Well sure enough my van was riding down the road the very next morning? Wow what a shop! replaced the entire engine for 3000 dollars in just a few hours??
These guys told me that they could not turn the engine with a wrench and it was completely blow what a lie, I just had over 1600 dollars worth of suspension work done there. They got my Van, my money, my investment. Goes to show you just how much the Durham Tire King can be trusted!
I am searching for others who have had the same problem with them so we can go together to file a case.

If you BELIEVE they did something wrong, why bittch and complain on here? go to an attorney or the state attorney or call the main place of business and lodge a complaint, stop whinning!
