what would you do on 8th street aka "rush city" east st louis late at night if someone was popping off at you?? I would duck hit the gas and head towards whoever was trying to shoot me too. I don't know Reggie personally, but I know of him, I have heard his name over and over again, from personnally terrorizing a family member of mine, and just in general from people here and there, every1 cannot be wrong, the common denominator is Reggie, peopl do make bad mistakes and some people just have bad habits! It's time for Reggie to suffer the consequences of his bad habits, especially if someone was killed unjustifiable!!
