Yeah, no kidding but it can harden too fast and that's bad too. In the old days when they had a lot of concrete to pour and it was too hot they would do what they had to do, let it set up and then cover it with burlap and keep the burlap wet till it had time to cure properly. It all takes time and planning. The bridge will be done when it's done.
