With all this rain, should we get FEMA back here to check our levees?

So they wanted us to borrow a huge amount of money and/or get outside assistance to make sure our levees could protect us from a 100 year flood. Then we get a 100 year drought. And now we are getting rain. should we be concerned and borrow some money from the LIBOR people to protect us?
dont think so

After last summers drought the rain is a welcome sight especially to the farmers. Maybe they will have good crops this year and food prices come down.
