They were very helpful when my husband and I bought his phone. Yes the other store is closed and I was told that Kimmie would be working there.

Withouthgoing into the drawn out details just let me say this. I fixed my own problem with a phone call that the 5 young half-witted untrained boys said was `internal` and couldn`t be fixed. My phone is NEW, it`s a VERIZON phone and i have an unlimited VERIZON contract. These idiots told me to send my phone back. I will NEVER ask this store for help again. Oh and i`m told Kimmie is store manager. If she can`t hire more knowledgable people than who are there now then they ALL should be replaced. Very dissatisfied.

I had a issue with my phone, so I called for tech. support, and talked to 3 different techs, all from India! One even asked me for my credit card number, so I hung up.

My personal opinion AT&T is way better than Verizon. I have never had a problem with my phone nor with my service. All my friends have verizon and they are always having some kind of problem with their phone or service. My opinion you guys should give it a try unless you have already and was dissatisfied with it, its worth a try.

It's not Kimmie that's doing the hiring for that store its someone thru corporate but not Verizon corporate its cellular sales that does the hiring Kimmie has nothing to do with it. I know cause I tried to get on there & went thru 3 phone interviews & was shot down. There is usually a different sales every time u go in at least thats how they explained it to me it would be anyway. I liked it but once you get ur phone u can't take it back even if it is within 30 days or u will be charged $35 fee that's even if u didn't like the phone & wanted to switch it for something else. I was very upset over that & was not explained that at the time of the sell. So I was lucky though to have the fee waved but they should it to me on my papers I signed during the sale. Other than that I like the store.

They were great to me and my wife. She had a problem with her phone and the young guy helping us seemed to really know his stuff. I liked him and bought a phone after he finished fixing hers. He was very knowledgeable, determined, and helpful. Im glad they're here.
