Who Knows when and where the other candidates will be having events? I would like to ask all three some serious questions about all the closings of local businesses. We need a plan and not so much politics.

hats off to you Word. i agree completely. i think a serious debate , open to all dunlap citizens would be a great thing. not only to get plans in motion, but also to get more dunlap citizens involved. that would give everybody the chance to question each candidate themselves on issues important to the voters.

I am working on this page about the economy. I am lucky to have had lots of input, and still need more. I really feel we must have some serious debate on the local level, because the federal and state have not got a clue.

We could have the best local economy possible and limit the suffering of the taxpayers.

Dear Heay Coach,

That filthy comment has to be coming from a male. Why does all of the vulgarity have the United States under the name. Must be coming from the same person just using different names. Nasty, filthy mouth. You should be ashamed. Children could be reading this. Shame on you gutter mouth.

I think that you are right about all of this coming from the same person. But I don't think that it's a male, I think that it is a female. Maybe you! Jennifer. I guess it's ok for you to put all of this nasty, filthy, untruth about Mr.Land on here, but as soon as someone puts anything on here about you, it's "slander." Go back and read them all. Think about it. It's a female!

I really do not think that any 3 of the candidates are involved in the bad talking of each other.. They would not do that to each other.. I have talked to all three candidates and they all talked really nice about each other.. I think this is just people wanting to give them hard time... To each his own.. but we are not believing any of this stuff or taking it serious!! Good luck to all three candidates..
I think this is the most correct statement.

Hey Jennifer, what's up with your sign on Hwy 28 past the old Bi-Lo. On one side your name is spelled, "JENNEIFR" and on the other side your last name is spelled, "CREER" what's up with this?

I would like to see issues too, but might I suggest that if you have specific questions that you might contact the candidates and get first hand information. I have found that that I worked for me for one of the candidates. Rachel has not returned my calls, nor has she published anything that addresses issues. Call Greer and Land at home and ask questions.
bet they want talk to you on their home phone's after they get it unless they know you

I hate dwain because he wears them stupid assed freaking Hawii shirts. I would vote for the devil before a Lawyer though. That teacher lady dresses funny too.
They are not just any hawaiian shirts, they are Tommy Bahama i think he looks nice in all the different ones he has. He is a very generous man, he has been a wonderful man to me and my family. He would give me the (hawaiian) shirt off his back and all the money in his pocket if i needed it. I'm not old enough to vote, but my whole family will vote in his favor. He is an awesome person, and all this bashing is pure jealousy. Everyone makes mistakes, but he is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Eager and willing to help anyone and everyone.

I do believe that Connie Green has always been there to help me everytime I have asked for her help. I do believe if the US can have a black president then Dunlap could have a female mayor.

Didn't Dwain rent the trailers behind the Taco Bell to many Section 8 or low income families with the water bill included? Did you also know that they were on one meter, but when his bill went up he would crawl under the trailer where he had placed his own meter and read it. He would then ask the renters why they were using so much water. Never mind the leaks. Now he has placed each trailer on individual meters and the renters are required to pay their own water bill and the same rate of rent.
Plus, he once made an adult that had been welcomed into one of those homes leave the residents children while baby sitting the children because he did not want her there. So I can not believe that Dwain cares about our families. I do believe that he has wonder wife that is a wonder teacher that probably helps him to try to be a good person. I do not believe that Dwain is naturally a good person.

Sure he is the perfect candicate if you want a slum Lord for the mayor. I am sure he will do whatever he can to make sure he fills the city of Dunlap with trailers that should be condemmed just so he can make a fast buck at the expense of others. I would gladly have a female for mayor verses this Slum Lord.

Do the right thing Vote Dwain! Do you really want a female in there!!
Vote for this man is a vote for a Slum Lord for mayor. I would rather have a female anyday as mayor instead of this slum lord who will try to fill our city up with trailers that should be condemmed just so he can make a fast buck at the expense of others. I say no Dawaine Land!!!

While many of us were in church with our families last night Dwain was at the Raven's Nest Beer Joint buying drinks for everyone. If gifts of money, beer, shirts, hats and doughnuts can get you elected I guess he will be the next Mayor, because he is certaintly passing lots of this around. However, I think the day he spent at city hall (during work hours) feeding and entertaining the employees did not work. From what I hear the city employees are not supporting Land after all.

When Land and his family walk into church on Easter Sunday, remember how he kicked off the sacred day. Buying drinks and soliciting votes at a local bar. But don't hold that against his lovely wife and daughter, I'm sure the Lord won't.

I agree, both Connie Green and Charlotte Cagle are both doing great jobs running their offices. Besides WOMEN are normally less corruptible than men.

So it looks like Land has been making a living off of the government for quite some time and evidently a good one at that according to his lifestyle. But all this at the expense of others.

What do you mean when you say to call him and tell him this? I'm sure Mr. Land knows that he get section 8 housing money. I'm pretty sure that he knows that he was at the Beer Joint last night. What do want Mr. Land to know?
