Why do you allow the law to taser a citizen who is in the water with his hands handcuffed behind his neck?? The result of this action blew his nose off and bulged his eyes out of his head!!!!!!

Why is no one else concerned enough to make comments who live in Dunedin and might need to be "helped" in an emergency by your police department??? James has now paid the price for their help...he died yesterday afternoon around 4 p.m.
