Last March my 19 year old daughter burned the engine out of her car. This was of course her fault for not carefully watching the oil in an older vehicle. I used Caladesi towing, and the friendly woman that answered the phone said they replace engines.$3200 and just over a year later we find out they used a junk yard engine that severly burned oil. It was just past their "12 month" warranty and the engine has failed. Over the past year it has also gone through 3 water pumps and 3 serpentine belts that they wanted to charge us for, but when confronted by the Consumer Protection Agency they refunded our money and called it a "clerical error". They now want another $2800 to put in another "junk" engine-but when a towing company picked up the car and brought back the receipt for "looking at the car" that the owner so graciously "paid for", it said $2300 as they were "giving us a discount". Steer clear-you can get a rebuilt engine put in for the same price.
