Getting these law abusers off the road and into jail is great. Hopefully they will think very hard about driving illegally in the future!

Aggreement that you should not drink and drive.
But , to set up that type of task force for that -No. The time and money spent on that set up could of been spent on getting drunks off the streets.Im a none drinker and believe thats not any type of solution.Dont worry im not getting drunk and drive around. Final say so - When they get out, there lifes will be even worse and just adds to the problem and they cycle continues. Please reply.

I think in European countries they used to have police agencies that carried out theses types of assignments. Their agencies had names like: KGB and SS. Good thing in this "free country" things like this never happen. oh, wait..it WAS here...

The European agencies you cite went after innocent people and innocent families. Their mission was to protect and serve an ideology. The Kane county task force went after criminal law breakers. Their mission being to serve and protect our society.

"Criminal law breakers"? ya right ideology- State laws are always right. hey if you are black then you have to sit in back of the bus. oh ya by your name it looks like you a female. Remember when you were not allowed to even vote? Still today there are laws out there that are wrong or should be change or abused or miss interpreted. Laws that are in place to good for society but has a negitive affect.

Yeah, right, Nancy (or should it be "Nanny" like the type of government she wants), they only went after law breakers. Except then law breaking WAS disagreeing with the ideology of the state. we're well on our way to creating the same class of criminals. Let me quote Ayn Rand(from "Atlas Shrugged):

I'm guessiin' this is the kind of world you want Nancy...where if it doesn't affect you it matters not how unjust,ill-conceived, unfarly enforced and no matter who's life it ruins. Apparently, since you're a drip, you want the world to be full of drips like you.
I'd bet dollars to donuts (ok, archaic, but no new comparable expression serves the purpose) that most of those who were revolked, suspended or arrested lost their licenses without harming anyone, simply for runnng afoul of a coupla' rules that carry with them suspension, or revocation as a penalty.

you know its all fine and good, I totaly agree with someone that is driving drunk they need to be off the streets.BUT what happens after that? The person makes a great attempt at changing his or her life and all this is being done to KEEP them off the streets interferes with the unborn child or the house mortgage or the car payments that have to be taken care of???? There is no way in the world for a man or woman to make arrangments to financially take care of the daily pains that surround everyday suburbians WITHOUT DRIVING!!!!!! So yes get the drunks but DONT KEEP THEM AS A TARGET WHEN THERE IS SO MUCH MORE OUT THERE WE CAN BE FIGHTING AGAINST!!!!! How about our POOR HEALTH CARE ????? Just something for you people to think about... ITS TIME FOR A CHANGE??!!
