In the first place he's not a man (except biologically)- he's a spoiled, rotten punk who never worked in his life. His daddy gave him a new Lincoln and he went to a party, got wasted on dope and booze then, the next morning, while driving home he rams a married couple riding their bikes for exercise, killing both.
And he got off with 2 years in prison?
He should have received 10 to 20.
His daddy got the best spin doctors money could buy - that's why the punk only got 2 years.
Justice? What would have happened to a poor boy who had done the same thing and had to accept a court-appointed lawyer?
Do you think he would have received 2 years?

My previous comments in re this irresponsible punk were made in anger and based on media reports and what I have heard. I remember this punk's brother getting on TV and apologizing for what he had done.
The punk, himself should have been on TV, apologizing but he was not man enough. I seriously doubt that he ever had taken responsibility for anything he had ever donw in his life.
It took over 6 months for this case to come up in the court system. I'm sure daddy's lawyer made one delaying tactic after another in the hopes that, when it finally did appear in court the jury would have forgotten about it.
I still state that a poor boy would have received a much greater sentence. The American criminal justice system is rigged in favor of the wealthy,
that is obvious.

That's saying each life is only worth one year, justice is so blind.
I drove by the white bikes on Camp Wisdom rd. last night, so many flowers.
It's a shame.
