Before all point fingers, we all need to realize that toxicology reports have yet to be processed, and the statement that alcohol and drugs were involved is premature, at best.

Anyone who knows Paul knows he has always been against drugs. As for alcohol he isn't a huge drinker, he never has been. Do we all feel sorry for the guy whose life was lost and his loved ones yes. But to start assuming things when we don't have all the facts is wrong. From what I was told, the van was in the jeeps lane and there was nothing anyone could do. So stop talking about something you have no clue about and that you don't have all the facts about.

Agreed! Hmm, the accident happened at 11am Thursday morning. The article says updated Thursday morning at 9:30. Would someone please tell me how this can be? Already stating to boot the guy was DUI. Yes, I would say premature at the least!

I also agree with Sam, LC Res and Hawk.
Sounds like maybe Hopkins is trying to make another DUI case stick this time. Advise to all concerned, don't take Law Enforcements or the DA's Office word for anything. They are not to be trusted! Do not allow what happened to Bismarck Dinius happen to you. Eventhough, he was drinking and admitted it, they falsified records, tainted evidence, committed perjury, and put Bismarck through hell, when it was really one of their own Russell Perdock who killed Lynn Thornton! Hire Victor Haltom for a attorney if you need one!
