Joe Servello, a well known artist in Altoona, Pennsylvania, has created a spectacular original painting of PRR No. 6407, one of the J1as. Joe found a rare photo of No. 6407, and was immediately inspired by its power and grace. He painted this steel workhorse in a style that evokes motion and speed, from the perspective of a long ago railfan who has evaded the railroad cops and managed to sneak almost too close to the tracks. It will be a unique addition for the serious collector. Read the whole story at http://www.storytrax.com/node/1087
