Yes! We need more multiculturalism and affirmative action around here. Either the landlords and business owners set aside jobs and housing for the downtrodden or they must be racists...

So Alex Bergmann really did risk his life to subdue this guy and no one else helps out!? Bergmann could not have known if there was a gun yet he jumps in to stop this crime, takes a face beating for it and NO ONE helps! Where were the bank employees? You're the man, Alex!!

All female tellers. Did you want them to jump in and try to subdue STRAWBRIDGE too? I don't think they get any training in self defense or martial arts when training to become a bank teller. Although the customer is considered a hero, he probably made a bad situation worse if this animal had had a weapon on him. Maybe its time for banks to employee armed guards again?

maybe its time to give these tellers guns and show them how to use it! Time to start blowing these "CANS" away. And know what female or not if this guy put his life on the line they shoulda jumped right in there to help!

I totally agree about Alex being heroic. But the banks that I'm familiar with all have strict policies on employee behavior during a robbery that prevents them from doing more than was done.

With all the "items" the "would-be robber" left behind in the bank, BARNEY FIFE could have eventually caught him!
