We purchased a car from this crook, and, after 90 days, still didn't have our registration. I called him and he told me PennDot was backlogged. I called PennDot and they had no record of receiving payment/paperwork for my registration. About 12 days later, I received my registration. PennDot received infob2 days after I called this jerk and he absolutely lied to me and kept my money for over 3 months before even sending it to PennDot. I've since discovered that he used money from business to fix up his house and add to his extensive gun collection!
