Just goes to show that McKinney's bunch is not immune to hiring criminals. McKinney you liar! You were warned not to hire this guy but did anyway! You arrogant chauvinist. Reap what you sew and now your department has a black eye. Great job! I can't wait for the 2012 election! No matter how much you're in the papers and on TV, it won't help you.

This is FACT. McKinney new about the guy before he hired he. That is FACT and it will come out in the reports. Hell McKinney's own son raped a girl and got away with it because he and the DA are such great buddies. The best thing is the DA waits nearly 2 years to file the charge on the Duncan PD case because they were trying to hide that so the PD didn't get a black eye. Then the retartd at the Duncan Banner helps them all hide crap by not printing the whole story. That place is so jacked up over there I suprised people haven't taken up arms to protect them selves. Here is the sad part you dumb a**es voted for that idiot. People tried to tell all of you he was a lier when he ran but the good ole boy system put him right in there. Well you now are getting what you ask for. Thanks Duncan Banner your support for people like McKinney and Burns is what got that town in the shape it in. Oh and I don't think you will have to wait to 2012 to get rid of McKinney I think all the law suits will take care of that. As soon as the parents of those girls find out he new when he hired him he should be put out of office.

Come on where is all the Big Mckinney supporters. Man you guys couldn't say enough about this idiot before now that your seeing the facts are coming out you all run and hide. The best part is the only protection he has was when he bought the DA now he is going to get his a** handed to him in the election and he will be all alone. LMAF

Really, well well ! One thing is for sure. Mckinney has no problem calling in the Authorities to investagate officer's or firing them if needed. This guy will get his day in court just like anyone else does. Everyone I have talked to say's they are proud of Mckinney for at least making sure an investagation is actully done. Of course that was just from regular Citizens of Stephens County,Voters, Taxpayers, those people. That is a pretty big deal down there considering it is almost impossible to get an Officer investagated and or prosecuted. There are good honest Law Enforcement officers in Stephens County and they should not have to suffer or work with dishonest corrupt officers.

Here is some facts for you. How do you get 4 DUI's and everytime get a suspended sentence for them. I know I know be a ex DA and the Father of a current DA who by the way has been stopped by OHP two different times drunk and driven home instead of being taken to jail. Got to love that district.

If McKinney wasn't do dense and arrogant he would have never hired this guy in the first place. He was told by several people at DPD NOT TO HIRE HIM. But you can't tell this inexperienced sheriff anything. He already knows it all. He doesn't even have any experience as a police officer and it shows in his decision making. If I need advice in buying a motorcycle I'll call him. He only called OSBI because he had to. He DID NOT believe the victims story at first and did NOTHING! Only when a second victim come forward did he call OSBI. So keep defending your good ole sheriff and see where it gets you.

Its not hard to prosecute cops. You have to prove that they did something wrong first. They are entitled to their rights just like anyone else. Get the proof of wrongdoing or criminal activity and put them on trial. Simple. Just because a guy wears a badge does not exempt him from his constitutional rights.

It's funny the only people that would defend McKinney would be his family or some idiot he is protecting. Listen the bottom line is the has no experince and has only been living in the county for a few years in the first place. If it was for his wife haveing a bunch of money he would'nt have been elected in the first place. You can talk about how great he is all you want to . The facts speak for themselves. All you have to do is a little research, but I'm sure you don't want to do that then you would see your wrong. Hell is so call Lt. has been running around cheating on his wife for years with girls he has stopped girls he has worked with all kinds of crap. The guy he has running the jail stole narcotics from the jail when he worked there for the past sheriff and that is why she fired him. People you have know idea about the facts your just like sheep to the slaughter. You listend to everything that comes out of there mouth because they have a little money. SAD SAD SAD. Bottom line is he all the money in the world won't by him out of this deal. HE know when he hire the kid and did it anyways. You know if the Editor of the Duncan Banner was'nt in his pocket he would have printed the facts to this case and not just McKinney's version and you would all be talking about something different.

If it is found that he (Brandon) is guilty of these charges, I feel horribly sad for his family. Brandon comes from a good and decent family, a deeply Christian family with solid roots in Marlow/Duncan communities. I say to you, if he is guilty of these crimes then let him serve the sentence in full so that he may pay for these deeds. However, lets not forget that he is seen as innocent until he has had the benefit of a trial and a jury of his peers has ruled. Let's be very careful not to rush to judgement on this Man. There are alot of glass houses in Duncan and Marlow, so be careful before you start thowing stones. You or I could could just as easily be charged with a terrible crime and we would want the same benefit of doubt from our community as he surely does. Let the chips fall where they may, but I emplore you all, don't pre-judge until all of the facts are in have been examined and ruled on.

I am not saying this is the case here . I am also not saying some officers are not taking their Oath of office to heart and are putting their lives on the line every single day.'However" truly we have a corruption problem in Law Enforcement. Often times it takes an outside intity to bring evidence to light because local Athorities don't investagate or procecute thier own. "Blue code of silence". I will rest my case with this case below . Don't tell me it is not hard.

What planet are you on? What's your point? The Tulsa story has nothing to do with this thread. You're grasping to say the least. You need to look up the definition of corruption and ask yourself why its valid to this story. Nothing was covered up and OSBI investigated it. How's that corruption genius?

How about responding to this statement that was made by someone else. Just making a point! That it is not always that easy to procecute Law Enforcement Officers.

Here is a FACT. If it is true that OHP stopped him DUI twice and drove him home, then it's not just a district problem, it's a State problem.

I didmiss most of the garbage on here. I have learned that those who don't vote have the loudest mouth after the votes are read and posted. Apparently the voters thought he was our best choice, otherwise, he wouldn't be there. This Topix nonsense is way over rated and was started as a forum for local discussion and has turned out to be a "LETS MAKE UP A BUNCH OF SHIT AND POST IT ON THE INTERNET".

Here is where you should use your brain instead of your Mouth. The Burns was never elected to be DA. He was appointed after the crook Gene left office. So the people have never had a chance until now to get rid of this slim ball.
