After the shots stopped, as three teens lay dead by the side of the Menominee River at the Michigan-Wisconsin border, the shooter walked around, found a spot in the woods and lay down.

This story was on Fox news.com last week. This man
had no care for what he had done or for the families. He said he was not crazy just mad that day....Everyone has bad days but thank GOD not everyone acts out in this matter. We will pray for ALL the families involved.

My daughter was with the teens who died. I got a call from my deacon who is highway protol and asked me to call and check on her. It was very scary for us, not being able to contact her and not knowing if she was hurt or not. Hours later, I did hear her voice and burst into tears. Then to hear the name (the same name as her uncle and also served in the military) brought me to my knees. It is very hard when you are separted from your loved one and not knowing what is going on. She has moved on with her life and happily married, but she will never forget that day. May God be with all those involved.
