Dunbar fugitive who jumped in Yough nabbed in Connellsville

I found out about this when I was listening to 96.1 KISS FM in the morning and Mikey and Bob were making fun of this guy and Fayette county for making the news for something as ridiculous as this. I'm really supprised this doesn't happen on a regular basis though, with all the drug busts and everything else in Connellsville. It's just that now the felons will probably have to pay a fine for not paying the city for access to the river.
