Beating a person with an ax handle does not appear peaceful and law-abiding to me. Appears to be more like attempted murder along with assault with a deadly weapon. If an animal was attacked this way everyone would be screaming to have the person drawn and quartered.

I totally agree with you Anthony. Not peaceful at all!!!! Sometimes I wonder where some peoles heads are...NO ONE should be beaten with an ax handle...
