They seem more worried about the property than the family. All she said was we have insurance to cover cost of the property damages. Are they helping the people that were displaced?

“The units advanced the hose line into the house after the occupant said everyone was out of the house,” said Hoffman.
"Harris said the Prince William Chapter of the Red Cross stepped in to provide a place for the fire victims to stay.
No one was injured in the blaze. The cause of the fire is still under investigation."
Sounds like they were there to begin with because they were helping them.

I read the article they knew everyone was out before they got there, and 5 minutes? They didnt leave until almost 5 hours later, and they used what they could I guess from the truck but they couldnt find the fire hydrant
