Bought one there in September of '08 and am currently replacing a transmission that was shot when I bought it. Good luck...

If you go there dont deal with the fat guy he is a crook. I bought a cobalt ss from him and he told to go do a tune up he would take 100. and then i found out the transmission was bad and he told me that is my problem.

I flew to Nova Autobrokers from KS after placing a deposit on a car. I only placed a deposit down after the salesmen told me that they had a lot of attention regarding that specific car and I would need to put down a deposit to have any chance at buying it. So when I arrived at the dealership a few days later I was appalled at the "mint" condition of the car. I had been repeatedly told by the salesmen that the car was in "mint" condition. There were dozens of paint blemishes that did not show up in the pictures and were not described to me. Also, the clutch didnít engage smoothly (also not mentioned). They wouldn't budge on the price nor refund my deposit even though I calmly explained to them that I felt as though they had lied to me. I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to no avail. The BBB tried contacting them 3 times and they never responded. This is the shadiest "dealership" ever. Learn from my expensive lesson and DO NOT BUY from here.

I never wrote a bad review on a company before but willing to take the time to let future buyers know not to buy from this dealership. I bought a Nissan Xterra from Nova Autobrokers thinking I was getting a good deal compared to other dealerships on autotrader.com . They seemed like honest people until they get your signature on the paperwork, once you leave everything they promised they say they never did. They said there were no damages to the vehicle but couple months later noticed some body parts repainted. Make sure you get everything written in the contract and not just verbally because they over promise and under deliver. To future buyers there are a lot of other dealerships out there and other good deals, so don't fall for something for a low price because a lot of their vehicles have damages that they won't tell you. I feel sorry for future buyers especially if your buying a mercedes or bmw and then couple months later break down on you or notice other damages. BEWARE

Over the last 3 years I have purchased the following cars from these guys...

1. 1999 Mercedec ML: it was great
2. 2003 E320: it was very well
3. 2007 C280:

All 3 cars have been great cars. Their prices are much lower than the competition and offer good cars. Please keep in mind that buying a used car is always a challenge, regardless of who you buy it from. Check the car fax, take it to your mechanic if possible because the dealers don't often know everything about the cars they sell. I strongly recommend buying from these guys as their prices are lower and they are easy to deal with.

In January of this year (2010), My wife and I purchased a Cadillac SRX from them at a better price than anywhere I had found. It was perfect. There were a few body repairs barely noticeable in the pictures or to the eye. They did not disclose this information to us, but it was because they were probably unaware as well. We ran a carfax, and nothing was on the carfax report about any damage.
Anyway, we were unable to make it to there during there normal business days. The big "fat" guy made special arrangements to meet us there during closing hours. We drove the car, made the deal and it has been great since. We are selling the car now to get something else we want. We have a buyer coming to get this car this weekend for more than what we paid for it.
We will be going back NOVA. We have been very pleased. Keep in mind, every used car is gamble.

Firstly, I just wanted to say from start to finish I have had nothing but good service from this company,it grieves me to read some of the comments already written, and as someone who never write comments I felt strongly about this and wanted others to hear some good experiences with this company,(no one is perfect) and some customers are equally difficult to please. Why may I ask is it necessary to call the gentleman that helped with the tranasction a big fat guy?,what role does is size play in the deal,he is a salesman. Both the salesman, whom I believe is also the manager, and his staff were all very polite and helpful - the car purchased was for my son a VW JETTA, my son has had a few things gone wrong with the car but I could not blame the seller for this, the car was sold in good faith (as is) and was in good working order when it was purchased with limited warranty. As a matter of fact, when I called to report a fault, I was told please come back we'll take care of you, as it turned out the car had manufacture warranty and my son have been able to get things done free as needed. As said in other comments, used cars do go wrong -'I bought a brand new car myself and I am still paying out on repairs, had I bought it used, I could be blaming the used car store for the failures, when in essence it's wear and tear. WE all use our vehicles everyday, so there is wear and tear everyday, best thing to do is maintain the vehicle whilst in ownership then it will be something worthwhile passing on to another buyer. Let's not try to damage another's person's good reputation because things did not work out the way we thought it should, let's try to be reasonable in all that we do. These people are honest hard working individuals trying to make a living for themselves and their family. I need a another car for my second son and I am willing to drive the 40 miles there and do business with these hard working people again. Remember there is always two sides to every story, and the company as been in business for over 10 years, think about it, how many sour grapes?

Never will I consider purchasing another car from them simply because of their customer service. I drove 2.5 hours to visit Nova on appointment. After making the trip, I was told that the car I had just drove to see was sold the night prior. I had contacted them via email and phone (they didn't know it was me in both instances) for a visit and they didn't bother to call or email me back saying that the car had sold. Once I got there, the FAT F*** told me that he was sorry and told me to call back to see if the deal fell through. How about YOU call ME Mr. SALESMAN???? Nothing but money hungry foreigners....

Theyre crooks. They buy damaged cars from auctions, repair ONLY the visibly affected parts of the car and sell the structurally damaged car to customers.

They also promise to make repairs that the customer requests, sell the car and shrug their shoulders when you complain that the repairs werent done.

Thank you NOVA AUTO BROKERS. Best car purchase i've had. Easy to deal with. Both Leo and Harash are true gentlemen. Very funny, down to earth and also to the point. For all the negative comments i'm sure there are a thousand positive ones that's never got written. Remember guys it's your responsibility to check the car. They are not mechanics. scammers don't stay in business long. This one been there for years. I would recommend this guys to anyone. Thanks again

I've bought 2 cars from this dealership and will be buying another real soon. All I can say is that they are the best. They treat me like family whenever I go there. And the deals were great. I would recommend them to anyone.
