Subhani and Subhani immigration law firm is by far the worst lawyers that I have ever wasted money on. If you see Subhani and Subhani, save yourself the headache.
I had the unpleasant experience of using this law firm to file some paper work for a family member I am sponsoring for a permanent resident status. Messed up all the paper work, tried to complain but the lady (who is total ignorant nutcase) who answers the phone refused to let me speak to the lawyer, could have saved myself $2500 and used a more qualified and professional law firm. And there were other problems, but thank goodness the immigration agent understood that the lawyer just basically screwed me so he let was pretty lenient at the interview. Not a money issue, it's the way the way they handled my case, I paid upfront when I received the quote, but not only did they mess up filing the application, but they also didn't tell me I had to bring some things with me to the interview.
Speaking from my experience, save your money and use another law firm, this was one expensive lesson I learned.

I prepared my own I-130 and I-485 forms along with the work visa application for my husband but I paid Subhani and Subhani (Humera Subhani) $100 for an hour consultation to check over my paperwork for any errors. We had a very pleasant experience with her. I did a lot of research on properly filling out the forms but we still managed to make one error, which she caught and we corrected before we submitted. We filed our paperwork on 2/20/09, had our interview in June, and he received his greencard 6/06/09. We did a lot of research and asked a lot of questions when we went for our consultation though and really made sure we were 100% prepared. We asked what we needed to bring with us, what to expect from the interview and even followed up with her after to see what it meant that we didn't receive a verbal decision the day of our interview. She emailed us whenever we had questions and was very helpful, especially considering we chose the $100 route instead of having them handle it entirely for the $2500 fee. The receptionist isn't the friendliest person in the world, but that would honestly be the only complaint I had with everything. We had a pretty scary case for us since my husband was here on the visa waiver program when we got married, and she truly helped with the fear and anxiety of the whole process. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again.

Daily Horoscope for December 22

Virgo

Be careful you don't wind up doing someone else's work today, Virgo. There are all sorts of little tricks to persuade you to take pity on them, from pretending to be ill to making such a hash of everything that you can't bear to watch for a moment longer. Then you are likely to be asked to put in some overtime, at the expense of your social life. Grr.
