Several residents of Mount Airy and the Ararat -Claudville communities in Patrick County have been named in a massive undercover drug operation in Virginia.

Really ! I know some of these people . Ellisa ,or Allisa ,was arrested for prostitution in 2007 and 2008 ! And has had alot of drug charges before ! She has done alot of bad things . I'm glad to see final justice , if she doesn't get out of these charges as fast as she has got out of all others !

This is scary !Wiccans and drug dealers and people on drugs and Wiccans on drugs ! We need to pray to God to help these people . I was on meth for two years , and God took me off of it and turned me against it in a way that you would not believe . There is no addiction that he can not cure , whether it be drugs , money , or whatever . Now I am going to church , trying to do what is right , trying to make up for any bad that I have caused , trying to influence others in a good way .I will definitely be praying for them !

It is sad to say, but alot of these people are good people deep down. They just have deep seated issues which have led them to this addiction. I have seen firsthand how Meth makes people lose everything. They become so desparate that they steal from the people they once loved. They become paranoid and insane. I have lost someone that I dearly loved to this drug. He is one of those listed above. I pray that his getting caught leads him to a reality check. He has left me and his baby girl to fend for ourselves, which has turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I hope that he realizes how many people he has hurt.

that is so true.one of my dear friends who infact was a surry resident is a victim of meth addiction.After losing her kids and virtually everything i am proud to say i still remain her friend,only by prayer have i managed to remain loyal to her.Truly meth addiction hurts loved ones almost as much as the addicts.After witnessing what this drug has done to destroy the most lovely,kind woman i've ever known what i urge all to do is try to prevent this drug from being in our neighborhoods.Prescription drugs also lead to worse addictions also.Wilkes sadly is the #2 leading county for pill overdoses in America.I'm gonna pray for my friend and hope God will lead her to recovery soon,along with friends help and hope for her kids future.I miss my friend Tammy so much.I hate this drug.We have to do more about this poison.God bless you T.R.H.L.

When my ex and I broke up I partied every weekend for around a year and a half . I smoked , snorted, and ate meth like there was no tomorrow. THANK THE LORD I do not have an addictive personality . I eventually opened my eyes and saw what I was doing to myself , my loved ones , and my community . I had a very rough time getting away from the drug scene and starting over . There is no support group around here for those in a spot like that .
