I know that the city of Dubuque must raise taxes. But at a rate estimated at 10 percent? Senior citizens on Social Security have not had an increase in benefits for two years, yet they are facing increases in many areas, including property taxes, gas prices, food, etc.

the utility increases yet to come in the near future and increase in taxes are driving senior citisons out of dubvuque and the state of iowa.
