It doesn't surprise me at all. 99.9999% of all Dubuque Police Officers are complete liars and do not care whose life the screw up as a result of their lies. Trust me I know for sure

I agree, I have personally witnessed completely uncaring, cocky, God complex officers in Dubuque. I cannot begin to eloborate on how corrupted the police department is! I am amazed that more of these officers are not reprimanded for their disturbing behavior.
