The housing department is paying chicago refugees rent,and causing high crime rates in dubuque. Dubuque taxes and utilities sky rocketing because of Housing department paying for criminals to live here from Chicago and illinois. Who will do something about it?

Who will do something about it? Bill Hammel, that`s who. He is running for the 1st ward council seat.

No one. The election last nite has proclaimed that Dubuque will turn their head and let the sec/8 housing run amok.
