When I saw Jeff Noack in Federal Bankruptcy Court on March 8, 2010, it was clear this guy was a crook. The room was filled with creditors and bilked sub-contractors. This was his 2nd Ch. 7 bankruptcy in 12 years. He very obviously stole 100's of 1000's of dollars from these people and my hearts go out to them. In answering the judge's questions, he was totally unprepared. This man has NO business being IN business. He needs to lose his $500k home and serve prison time. He attempted to challenge the judge's common sense on seriously de-valuing his assets, to which the judge caught immediately. There were two plaintiff attorneys present as well and when being questioned by them about the 'draws' he received for paying subs, all he could say was "Well I paid ME a salary and other than that--I don't know where it all went!" Perhaps his pretty wife sitting next to him enjoyed many lavish nights at the casino? His case was forwarded to next week. STAY TUNED! Should be newsworthy!

100% agree with "Chops." Worse than pond scum. They just foreclosed on his house in January 2011. Two weeks after filing bankruptcy under "Advanced Custom Builders," miraculously created Jeff Noack Construction and promptly filed bankruptcy for that so-called business as well. This guy deserves to be in jail and for a very long time as well. He has no business breathing the same air the rest of us hard working people do.

Pond scum is describing him in a nice way. This guy is a crook stealing from homeowners and sub contractors and the laws in our country let him do it. He has screwed me out of over $14,000 in work he never paid for but he collected from the homeowners for. We need to get his ass thrown in jail. This man has stole hundreds of thousands of dollars and is now back in business in Davenport. WTF!

Update, the weasel Jeffery Noack is hiding his slimy little self at 906 Jones Street, Le Claire, Iowa. I have no idea why Debra and Paul Smith have not figured out what a criminal they have living in their house. Amazing! Debra is even on the city council. Maybe Jeffery Noack and his fictious "Advanced Custom Builders" and "Jeff Noack Construction" will take her for a couple $100,000 as he did all the rest of his innocent victims.

Crook!!! I don't know how he is not in jail. Tried to collect money from me several different ways. Ended up building a house that was 38% over contract price and before you ask, the changes we made would have made the project cheaper. Horrible business sense. Told us the septic would be 4000 and it ended up costing 7600. How can you be off by that much. When asked to itemize a bill he told me that if he had to itemize the bill then there woudl be $1000 more in cost... How could a bill jump by that much just by itemizing and why would you let that much money go by not itemizing. he was just trying to get out of doing his job and wanted to collect a paycheck without doing anything. Would love to see him serve some time for what he put my family through and for what he has done to numerous other people in the area.
