Lets get your comments and think if you think dubuquers are nice and generous or stingy and live to themselves most of the time. After scientific character research,we noticed IBM will have to encourage more generosity in Dubuque and encourage friendships among citizens. Ones we met,are all in the same list,stingy and wont invite you over for a meal or invite you out for a meal. You gotta go dutch in dubuque. Dubuquers are by far the people that care the most. Who ever said IBM hasn`t been treated super by Dubuque should take another poll. IBM is getting pretty much a free ride to come here and they do not have to hire anyone from Dubuque. If IBM leaves sooner then expected, then Dubuquers might not take to IBM so kindly. I believe as Xmas gifts go, the same amount of people here as your home town.
