Good one! How nice to see that some neighbors are still close in this day and age. So many neighborhoods are full of "implants" these days and nobody talks to anybody, or even gets to know anyone. Out of the 8 homes that surround mine (front, side, back), 7 of them have had at least 2 owners in the past 8.5 years. I guess with people moving so much for their jobs, they feel it's useless to get to know anyone because they'll be outta there soon enough.
