Breitbach's restaurant begins rebuilding

At 11 a.m. today in this town of 70 residents 16 miles north of Dubuque, workers will begin pouring cement for the new Breitbach's County Dining restaurant. via The Gazette

Sorry to hear about the fire. I have told so many people to go the this fanastic resturant over the years.. I was very sad to find out about the fire. BUT I am very glad to hear that you are choosing to rebuild.. I so look forward to coming later this summer. So glad to hear that you are rebuilding. Our Motorcycle group will be back in force! Alton Brown should be invited to return to do a short special on the process and the great story of the rebuilding a real Iowa heirloom.
