Between Shannon and Nielsen, There was am entourage of about 10 police cruisers,2 firetrucks and an ambulance. Now it's down to about 6 cruisers but they have the command truck with a whole crime scene laid out. Murder, Attempted Murder, Drug charges, I don't know what the hell's going on but it's pretty massive. Ill upload pictures tomorrow before 2 p.m.

Yep, I just walked by about an hour ago (at 6 AM) and there were still 4 police cars with lights flashing. The house is roped off with yellow tape. A friend came by last night and said Peppertree was closed off completely. It does look like something pretty bad happened.

I live up the street from there and heard there was a shooting and 2 people were taken away in ambulances. that is all I heard, but it must have been bad with someone dyin to bring out the whole team and stay over 12 hours

I saw the police cars, ambulance and firetrucks. There was lots of activity last night around 6:30-7pm. I came by later and saw the blockade and the crime scene tape.
Speculation of course but it must be a violent crime with something else involved. Could be involving illegal drugs.

update on SFGate
The body of a slain 91-year-old woman was found in a Dublin garbage bin after police arrested three suspects in a chaotic domestic dispute, officers said today.
The dead woman's name was not released, but police said she owned the home at 7751 Peppertree Drive where the events unfolded Wednesday evening. Public records show that Selma Hill owns the home.
Arrested on suspicion of murder and other charges were the estranged wife of Hill's grandson, the estranged wife's mother and the mother's husband, police said.
Police Lt. Glenn Moon described the incident that led to the woman's slaying as "a child-custody dispute gone bad."
It began when officers were sent to the home shortly before 6 p.m. Wednesday to investigate reports of a woman screaming, Moon said.
Officers said the grandson of the house's owner, Eric Hill, 37, had come to the home and been attacked there with a baton and a stun gun by his estranged wife, Rosa Li, 33, and Li's mother, Mei Li, 55.
Hill and his estranged wife have been fighting over custody of their 2-year-old daughter, Moon said. Hill has primary custody of the girl.
When they searched the home, officers found the dead woman in a trash bin in the garage. Police have not said how she died.
The 2-year-old girl was found in the home unharmed and was taken into protective custody. Hill was treated for minor injuries.
Li and her mother were arrested on suspicion of murder, attempted murder and conspiracy. Mei Li's husband, Ping Kit Li, 67, was found in a car about 100 yards from the home and was booked on the same charges, Moon said.

Been living here for 15 years and in all that time I never saw anything nor heard of anything like this. In fact, I didn't hear or see anything today. Heard about it from a friend who called to find out if we were still alive.
