What's going on with all the helicopters flying over Dublin tonight?

I have been hearing these helicopters fly over the house for about an hour now and they sound like they are flying very low. Anybody know what's going on?

I saw and heard 2 choppers too and went out on the patio , anybody knows anything abt this ?

not sure i am wondering the same thing myself... thought it was for an accident on 680, but it has been going on for a while!

Yes the heli's are making our home shake in dublin. I hope they are looking for the missing gal in Tracy & surrounding areas. Confirmed visual 2 copters. Flying over and over again.

Obbiously, by flying so low - right over our home - they must be looking for something. Lock your doors - keep the lights on. Be safe everyone. Lets hope they find what they are looking for!

9:57 PM, they finally seem to have moved a bit further away from the Dublin Ranch area where I was hearing them, but they're still out there in the distance. For awhile there, it sounded like they were gonna land on my front lawn!

... nope, i spoke too soon, they're flying nearby again. Hope someone posts something later letting us know what they're looking for.

We called the police and they said it was a Camp Parks Military Training so I goog'd and found this...

They need to stop for real though... they aren't supposed to be over residential areas. A little annoyed tonight... I understand training but please can you keep it over your base?

There is plenty of non-residential for such low flying exercises, unless domestic residential is somehow a part of the scenarios being drilled for the emerging Obamanation millitary.

I live on Camp Parks and haven't seen one land here yet. They aren't near the training areas either.

Wow, why on a Friday night, everyone is exhausted from their own work week! Next time do your training on a Saturday, please! Our Tri-Valley area is to small and conjested go over the hill to the big valley.

Last night the helicopters flying over Dublin were so loud and they had spot lights, It woke me up around 1:00am, I went outside to see what the heck was going on and they shined the spotlight on mefor about 3 mins untill I went back inside, sure enough a police officer pulled up hastely and searched the exterior of my home and my neighbors for about 15 mins while the helicopter circled, I went back to bed, this was on the night Nov 4th 2009.
