Hey, here's an idea. Why not obey the law and not get arrested and then you won't have to worry about your money being taken by the police!!

Oh do you have alot to learn.....I am a Landlord who had a tenant w/ two kids who turned to meth 11 months into her two year lease....stopped paying rent...started dealing out of the property to support her habit ....the police (alameda county sheriff) responded to my compaints of trouble by blowing me off and using her to turn tricks and arresting her dealers from Oakland and Hayward....a new one every month....when I served her a thirty day notice to pay rent or move, they told her to ignore it and thirty days later to let me know the law (what a Joke) now required a 60 day notice....when I called to tell them about an all weekend crack party the came over and laughed at me....it took untill CPS removed her kids for not going to school that I finally recieved some action.....still to remove her from my unit I had to hire three men and rent a truck and pack up and store her posessions for three months just to get her to agree to move out...she was an inmate at Santa Rita at this time.. GET THIS....the following saturday morning I was using a gas powered leaf blower at 7:00 am when two Deputy's showed up and asked me to turn it off which I did imediatly...The rookie thanked me and told me nothing like this till 8:oo am...No Problem.....The Training Deputy said not good enough...write me up....I took a close look at him and sure enough he was the officer who told my tenent to ignore the eviction notice I served to my tenent months before....I said so let me understand this when I called to report the drug dealing going on in the unit in front of 6 and 12 year old kids your hands were tied but now when someone calls to complain about noise in the morning you rush right over and want to issue me a citation....NEXT I WAS TACKELED by the trainer and arested for interfering with the duties of an officer.....72 hour no bail holdover at Club Santa Rita...of course I was never allowed to have my day in court as the charges were never heard in court....NOW when they tell a 46 year old ex Paratrooper to bendover in a roomfull of people, a guy who has never been arrested for anything do you still think abiding by the law is the way to stay out of jail to start with? What about the constitutuion that I have shead blood to defend? Screw you asshole!

First of all you could have had a traffic warrant and they were stripping you! There were innocent people being violated because technically you are guilty until proven otherwise. So what was is so law breaking about that? I would really like to see your outlook on this subject if you were one of those who were violated. Some of you people really don't get it! You live in this make believe world that realistically shows how small minded and out of touch with the world you really are.

Gosh hearing about an ass#$%@ landlord getting tackled after sexually harrassing a tenant made my day.
Here's an asshole living off the money of others and making all kinds of judgements about a woman he is trying to screw (in every way) crying about bending over for his fellow facists.
And the stupid say "There is no God."
