Tasers make the news, but, a little known fact is the arsenal of non-lethal technologies, that are today using military communications infrustructure and technologies, for possible non-military uses, on civilians.

Dennis Kucinich presented legilsation, a Space Prevention Act, the bill HR 2977, failed to gain attention. That bill had wording regarding the technologies that have been hidden for decades, but are likely being used in experiments to control, or effect individuals and groups.
