Cheapest unsubsidized apartments in the area?

I'm trying to move back into the area, but I'm having a rough time finding apartments below 500/mo. I don't do subsidized rent and I'd rather not live next to those on subsidy.
I heard Centreville has apartments for around 300-400/mo. Does Xenia?

You are not likely to find rent below $500 per month in any (safe) neighborhood. Centerville is the most expensive suburb. If you qualfy, you could do better with a 2 bedroom condo and a 30 year mortgage.

Even though they are nuts that are unsubsidized and some decent folks on subsidy?
You sound like a moron!
Yeah, nobody wants to live next to YOU!
Give us your address so we stay at least one zip code from you

Your attack on this person is uncalled for. You got up on the wrong side of the bed, obviously, but don't take it out on others.
I'm sure if you took a poll here, the number of folks who wouldn't want to live near you wouldn't help your mood.

Pretty little childless young healthy single sexy illegal-immigrant females could move into a room and be making you much money and pretty soon! It would not be a disgrace to fairly share some of your living space, a spare bedroom would do for them and for you.
