Way down at the bottom again. We only want that to happen in PRISON. While you're facing the wall.

No we will not! Ya know, if they would sell tickets to this hearing and donate the take to that no kill animal shelter there just might be enough people who actually care about the animal situation to get enough money to keep it open for another month or two! From what I understand from what I've heard in town its more about the person who is running it becoming tired of the ever changing regulations. Thats just what I've heard. And you know that what you hear may or may not be true with the exception of these two punks! They admitted to it!

I realize there are many people so outraged about this,(as well as I am) but, we need to let the courts handle it. Instead of wasting our energy on talking about the boys that done this horrible crime. When it's all said and done and we all are shocked they got off with a slap on the wrist, remember that's not their fault, I see people get off with much more worse crimes, remember I feel the same as everyone else but, do you realize how many people get off for murder OF CHILDREN and beating them so badly they can't live a normal life, they are depended on others to feed them bathe them and so on, I am an animal lover myself and rescue animals that have been thrown out of vehicles to starve to death, all I am saying is leave these boys alone and work on the courts because I have a sick feeling they will get off just like all the horrible people that burn, beat, punch, kick, throw, starve and are just plain horrible to our children and elderly! I agree these boys did a horrible act! But, I also think there is so many that do HORRIBLE THINGS TO OUR BABIES! And they get off by what's it called a technicality good grief! My heart goes out to this puppy as it does for our children. Just saying.

I understand and respect your position. That is the position that you have chosen to take. All we ask is that you show the same courtesy. These forums are here for public opinion. For people to speak out against what they are repulsed by, shocked by, angered by or simply to give what ever their own opinion may be. It is in my firm opinion that these boys should serve time. Did you happen to be at the court house when they were bound over to the grand jury? They walked into the court house with smirks on their faces. Smirks. Like it was nothing but a big joke to them and they honestly believed it would be resolved easily. Yeah, I hope the courts do handle it. I pray that justice prevails!

if you commit a crime of cruelty whether its to a canine, feline or a human, you should serve time PERIOD. end of story. there is no comparison of well lets punish child abusers and let the animal abusers off. they go hand in hand. if they hurt an animal they will hurt a human period

I think I see the point that trying to help is attempting to make. There have been way to many crimes against children that are left unpunished, not reported or that someone knows someone else and have gotten easy sentences. When it comes to violent abuse they all should be punished. Truth is if I came across someone abusing an animal I more than likely would abuse the abuser. Now on the other hand if I came across someone violently abusing a child, well, see ya'll later cause I'll be serving quite a bit of time probally but the abuser will more than likely never be able to abuse anyone or anything again. Sorry, I know the old eye for an eye is old testiment and we are supposed to forgive, all i can say is I'm not the man the lord wants me to be in that situation. Maybe one day I can achieve the goals he has set for me but I'm afraid its not now.
